I won't pretend those days were anything but devastating. But somewhere in the middle of the hardest season of my life — between hospital visits, sleepless nights, and prayers whispered in quiet hallways — I found something I didn't expect to find: purpose.
How NikkiB Sportswear Was Born
I started building NikkiB Sportswear during my husband's treatment. Some people might wonder how I found the energy. Honestly? It was the only thing that kept me going. Creating something beautiful when everything around me felt broken was my way of holding on.
Movement had always been my anchor. Whether it was an early morning workout before the world woke up or a long walk to clear my head, activewear wasn't just clothing to me — it was armor. It was the thing I put on when I needed to feel strong, capable, and like myself again.
But I kept running into the same problem: I couldn't find women's sportswear that matched how I actually lived my life. I needed pieces that could carry me from a workout to a coffee meeting, from the gym floor to an evening out — without making me choose between performance and elegance. I needed premium activewear that felt as elevated as the life I was building, even when that life felt uncertain.
So I built it myself.
